Sponsors have a responsibility to ensure that foreign workers have the relevant skills and qualifications for the jobs and to only assign certificates accordingly, you must also inform UKVI of non-compliance with visa conditions. Failure to do so runs the risk of getting the sponsorship license suspended, downgraded or withdrawn.
Key Sponsor Responsiblities:
-Monitoring employees and keeping right to work documentation
-Reporting significant changes to the business within 20 working days
-Ensuring care arrangements for foreign workers under 18
These changes can be made via the sponsor management system (CMS)
